At One World Global Services (OWGS), we are seeking a Team Manager who will play a key role in supporting interpreter performance, driving operational excellence, and collaborating across departments to ensure client success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support a group of interpreters, ensuring availability, performance, and service quality.
Maintain proactive communication with interpreters to provide guidance, resolve concerns, and encourage engagement.
Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports using Excel and Office 365 tools to support strategic decisions.
Work closely with Workforce, Recruitment, QA, and Training teams to optimize interpreter operations.
Collaborate with the Operations Manager to meet client requirements and account targets.
✅ Qualifications
Strong command of Excel and Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.)
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in operations, team coordination, or contact center environments is a plus
